Engine Hood 

We produce a lightweight hood system with optional metal layers for electromagnetic protection. Our design and construction are extremely stiff and durable to meet the extreme requirements. Protection against mud and water and the possibility of integrating a non-slip surface.

Exterior Parts 

Components such as fenders, transport boxes, outer armor, flaps, and sandwich covers are made of composite materials. We offer a lightweight construction system with heat and sound insulation as well as fire and impact protection.

Cargo Body

Lightweight sandwich construction with very high stiffness and strength. Customized and easily adaptable designs. Acoustic and thermal insulation can be integrated. C-rails in multi-layer sandwich panels allow easy future assembly and installation of equipment.

Interior Parts

Parts made of fiberglass or carbon for foot protection. Mounting holes and fasteners for ventilation shafts can be integrated. These protection parts create a sufficient distance between the feet and the structure floor. It is possible to integrate C-rails for the installation of equipment.

Electrical Box

For electrical and electronic components such as on-board radars, batteries, or transformers, we offer our ultra-light external enclosure box. We offer this lightweight and modular solution, which is the perfect option for securing critical parts.
