3A Composites Mobility contributes outstanding composite sandwich solutions for shelters such as command posts, operation bases, or other special container applications We are flexible in producing panels for typical standard containers in sizes 8ft - 45ft or custom sizes if required. We have the experience to develop and produce the exact panel for your application, depending on customer requirements. We use various cover materials e.g. aluminum, steel, GRP, and core materials such as XPS, PET, BALTEC, and perfectly matched adhesives. Individual ballistic protection can and will be certified by a recognized testing body, e.g. Armasuisse.
Our solutions could integrate different features and attend requirements for electrostatic, electromagnetic, fire safety, ultralight-weight, or entrance impact levels. The protected layer solutions ensure that those requirements where weight is a critical key factor are not cut off from a performance perspective. Internal surfaces can be covered with different materials, providing high-temperature resistance, noise-inhibiting, or fulfilling EMC demands. Our 2D and 3D panels can be assembled like a puzzle, pre-assembled at our facilities, at the customer's site or directly at the front-end site. This helps to reduce operational costs, complexity, and time during the logistic process. All composite panels are designed for a maintenance-free lifespan of at least 20 years.
